███ ████████'s CV

I have experience in marketing where I was a marketing assistant, which required me to manage all types of marketing for the business. The role required me to use modern methods such as social media and direct marketing using programs such as "mail chimp.” I also used traditional methods such as leafleting and handing questionnaires to customers to gain further information on them to help with our database of customers and help with market research. My role was for a smaller business but I feel that the skills I had learnt from that previous job would still be applicable to this opportunity.
I was briefly in university for 18 months where I studied Marketing, Advertising and Branding. This helped me learn a lot more in terms of the greater role that marketing contributes to a business and only furthered my ambition to have a career in marketing. I made the conscious decision to drop out of university as I felt like the course would not prepare me for a career in the future however, this did not affect my interest in marketing.
