Highly motivated operational security professional looking for career development within Human Resources. Communicate articulately with a professional presence and have extensive investigative communications and report writing skills. Since graduating from university I have worked in various departments of aviation security and always communicated innovative solutions to achieve operational excellence. From scrutinising ID, travel documents, luggage and body searches to searching suspicious staff and contractors. Procedurally reported into management with an analysis of disputes and emergencies handled. Produced fine detailed written reports for all breaches of security and verbally gave evidence during on-going investigations. Liaised with clients’ to track security related issues, recorded actions tracked progress and updated line manger with outcomes. Achieved performance targets for incident management and leadership, sharing information, and promoting participation for new innovative solutions to safer working practices.

I consider myself a creative tolerant problem solver and throughout my employment improved team -working relationships being prepared to look at a wide variety of difficult behaviours and situations from several points of view. I am persuasive and attentive to individual differences, and committed to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace. I am experienced challenging and debating issues of importance to improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of a company’s mission and demonstrated these qualities working collaboratively with major projects. In January 2015 I took voluntary redundancy and gained new experiences travelling and training. I have recently completed HR training in current employment legislation, personnel and legal administration and now looking to transfer my existing skills and knowledge with an employer to develop further professionally.
