I am a calm, polite CIPD Associate looking to develop a professional career in HR. Flexible towards daily duties and tasks, and organised and approachable towards competing business demands. Work with high levels of accuracy, speed and attention to detail. Committed to achieve the best outcomes for business and comfortable working alone or as team member.

Moved to the UK in 2007 after completing a higher education course in Hotel & Leisure at the St Louis University, Philippines. On my arrival I started working as a Crew Member at McDonalds and studied qualifications in Society, Health and Development. Achieved a BA Hons in Early Years that involved vocational and academic training with children up to eight years old. Developed a critical understanding of early learning and development of children and families from a diverse range of social and economic backgrounds.

Since graduating from university I have worked in various supporting roles. Provided support and assistance implementing health care plans working collaboratively with local government agencies, and social care officials. Shared confidential information with high importance in relation to all safe guarding issues. Managed and supported people deal with a diverse range of difficult or different behaviours, and exceeded on work performance targets for safely planning and supervising activities with strict budget constraints.

Alongside working as a Support Worker I have also completed several training courses to enhance on my IT skills and to increase my knowledge of current HR personnel, financial and legal administration. I am committed to continuous study and professional HR career development. I am loyal, organised, approachable and experienced working to set deadlines in highly demanding environments. I look forward to transferring my patient resilient communication skills within a supporting HR position with a company who values career progression. I am available to attend an interview and available to start work with short notice period.
