Just graduated from an LLM at the University of Aberdeen I am considered to be hard working, reliable, and conscientious. I endeavor to work to the highest possible standard at all times. I have experience in a variety of different areas, and I feel confident that I am able to learn new skills and adapt very quickly.
Prior to university, I took a gap year. During this time I spent 6 months working in Whistler Blackcomb, in Canada, as a ski instructor, teaching children of all abilities aged 3-12. In the month of February I won instructor of the month, and I also completed work with the Whistler adaptive programme. The latter gave me a great deal of satisfaction as this programme specialises in ski instruction for those with physical and mental difficulties.
I’m a keen athlete, having representing my university on the rugby pitch, ski slope, clay pigeon ground, and gym. In 2011 I also achieved my Gold Duke of Edinburgh award. In addition, I was involved in scouting for over 12 years, competing and leading Patrols in competitions at an international level, as well as a young leader. While at school, I reached the rank of Lance Corporal in the Combined Cadet Force. Other interests include reading and music.
