█████ ███████'s CV

I have always had an interest in how things work and what are they made off, so back to school times I remember science lessons being my favourite ones together with sports. I had a special interest with physics which later on took me to enter the technologic branch in high school. As this interest and curiosity of being able to discover the reasons of why things happen, or what are they made off, or how do they work continued increasing I decided to continue my studies towards engineering.
I’ve been studying in an English school before entering university. Called Saint George’s School, located near Barcelona. Studying in that school was really profitable as I made English one of my mother languages. I was able to pass the proficiency level of Cambridge University. Not only I reached a good English level but also it made me very familiar with English culture.
I entered the degree in industrial technology engineering in IQS (Barcelona). This degree covers general engineering. I am very pleased with the decision I took because this university offered me the opportunity to apply most of the knowledge acquired in classes due to the large amount of practical classes we receive. Two hours a day during the four years of the degree are applied to work with different laboratories containing the latest engineering programs and high quality experimental instruments.
I am currently studying an MSc in Composites in the Imperial College which will allow me to achieve a specialist point of view of these materials. Many challenging engineering applications are becoming increasingly dependent upon the unique capabilities of these high-performance materials. At the same time I have the opportunity to work together with the best academics in the composite field which will definitely enrich my future career.
My background of Industrial engineering provided me a broad knowledge in general engineering which allows me to work in many engineering fields. This makes me capable to communicate and collaborate with many engineering departments. And on the other hand, the MSc in Composites will make me an expert in high-performance composite materials. Furthermore, this MSc will give me not only the knowledge but also the training to become a good professional.
