Salary: £30,150 + cumulative 10% bonus for successful completion of the 3 year rotation scheme + up to £5,500 bonus for first time exam passes.

The Accenture Finance Graduate Program offers:
Accenture Finance in the UK is a progressive team that supports the business in shaping and executing outsourcing and complex consulting engagements for our key clients. At approximately 200 strong the team has a very high profile across the business both within the UK and globally.
This is a 3 year Fixed Term Contract.
An entry point in to understanding business decision making in a large dynamic global organisation
A structured career path that prepares for a Finance leadership position
Ongoing support for a professional accounting qualification
Ongoing support and mentoring from Accenture finance leadership
As well as studying toward an accounting qualification (CIMA), successful candidates will enjoy 36 months on an established skills rotation programme that has at its core the aim of developing talent for the future.
The rotations will address a variety of practical roles across an engagement lifecycle from business origination to operational execution.
The rotation programme will equip participants to: 
Become rounded Accenture Finance professionals with portable industry and technical skills
Operate within multiple discipline deal teams with strong project management skills
Use communication skills effectively
- Basic qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?
High potential rounded individuals with Minimum Degree educated (to a 2.1 or higher)
A finance specific degree is not necessary but a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in finance is essential
Ability to demonstrate Personal attributes such as:
The ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Experience in managing a number of complex tasks concurrently
Effective team working skills
Self-motivated and resilient
What academic qualifications do you need?
