An opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic and pro-active Event Coordinator to join our events team based in Camden.
Camden Dining is made up of the following venues:
To work with the Events Managers and Operations Managers to maximise revenue.
Responsible for the coordination and planning of all activities and events.
Managing all delegate bookings & enquiries, ensuring best-in-class service.
Communication at all levels, from attendees to partners of events.
Office management tasks.
Liaising with clients, organising show rounds and tastings.
Creating professional and well-presented proposals for clients.
Desired competencies and characteristics
Keen eye for details.
Confident running multiple events and large budgets.
Good research skills.
Basic understanding of AV and production.
Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
Methodical, meticulous and structured approach to your everyday tasks.
Willingness to take initiative and to adapt. A ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Capable of working in a vibrant and pressurised environment and able to adapt to late requests and short lead times in a polite and efficient manner.
The role is predominantly 9-6 office based role however additional hours may be required for event days and exhibitions.
