About Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, articulate and focused Intern to join our Finance team. You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on varied tasks and can adapt to a different day, every day.  

This is a great chance to immerse yourself in finance function within a fun-loving and ambitious marketing agency. If you prove successful in the role we would consider the opportunity to make it a permanent role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Responsible for the day to day administration and maintenance of the purchase ledger (3rd party suppliers, company credit card expense and staff expenses)
  2. Manage the accounts inbox - and ensure queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Set up of new jobs within the finance system as per project notes
  4. File and keep accurate records of all supplier agreements
  5. Ad hoc duties, working with the ASM and MA to ensure day to day finance function runs smoothly
