BrandVerity is a fast growing SaaS start-up headquartered in Seattle, USA with European operations led from London, UK. We are recruiting an organised, empathetic and diligent Account Manager to become a key member of BrandVerity’s global operation and to have an immediate impact on our company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven and detail oriented to replicate BrandVerity’s high standards of service in Europe and help our clients make significant and lasting improvements to their online performance.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, 2:1 or higher
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but is not required

Duties

  • Understand the changing needs of our clients and adjust BrandVerity’s output accordingly
  • Develop strategies to maintain the engagement of our clients’ key stakeholders
  • Consistently deliver accurate product demonstrations to clients onsite and via webinar
  • Contribute to product development and leadership meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments in digital and affiliate marketing
  • Be agile and adapt to a changing working environment (We are growing quickly!)
