Taxi for Email is a workflow platform that helps marketers build on-brand email campaigns from intelligent templates using our world class email editor, and then export to their sending platform of choice.

About this role

Providing the best experience possible for our customers is a vital part of the smooth and efficient running of our platform. Our Support & QA Specialists provide help to our users via chat and email, and help avoid issues arising by checking new platform features and templates.

Your week as our Support & QA Specialist will look like this:

  • Effectively answering users’ questions and managing any escalation to the relevant teams

  • Contributing to our Knowledge Base

  • Stress testing master templates in the Taxi email editor before they’re handed over to the client

  • Testing new features and working with our product team to refine the user experience

  • General day to day testing of the tool and reporting bugs/inconsistencies

  • Investigation of customer bug reports to find replicable sequence to demonstrate bugs

  • Adhere to QA checklists


The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology and testing, willingness and ability to learn new skills, excellent attention to detail, and be self motivated.

Ideally you'll have 1+ years experience in a digital marketing, support, QA or testing environment.

Your essential skills

  • Good chat and email etiquette

  • Being self motivated

  • Ability to handle multiple support queries

Plus if you have experience in these, that’s a bonus

  • HTML

  • Experience using an email sending platform

  • Knowledge of the email marketing industry


This role is based in our studio in Bethnal Green, London.

Day To Day Tasks

  • Helping clients and colleauges with technical queries
  • Investigating and replicating reported problems
  • Carrying out QA checks on email templates and product features
